Very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me through selection. Worked with my insurance company to insure I was not out any pocket money. Very thorough including clean-up. Have not found one stray nail or debris. Was able to complete in one day. Very punctual and/or would call if going to be late. Would most definitely recommend.

Joe with Old Pro provides the best customer service I have ever encountered. Every company should hire people like him if possible. He's very prompt, respectful and does a great job. They dealt with the insurance company adjuster for me and took care of all of the details. I have referred them to several other people who also had a great experience. I wouldn't hire anyone else to do roof work.

Terrific Company!! We had a minor roof leak just after Thanksgiving, while I was in the hospital. I got the name of Old Pro Roofing from a neighbor that had just used them to replace their roof. My wife called them and they couldn?t have been better to deal with. They worked with her to come inspect the roof and took time to make her feel comfortable and explain everything to her. They worked with our insurance claim adjuster when he came out to inspect the roof and were able to get the whole roof replaced under the claim. They replaced the entire roof in one day. We also had them add ridge vents while they were at it and replace and dryer vent on the roof that they builder had used the wrong cover on. They crew showed up early and finished the same day. They cleaned up the whole site and were careful about getting debris on our landscaping and our back patio. Rustin and Brent were great! They really put my wife at ease during a difficult time. They also communicated really well with us to know when they would be there and checked back several times to make sure everything went smoothly. Great company and great guys to work with!

I just want to share what a great experience I have had with Old Pro Roofing. We have had a series of hail storms and every time I have had the insurance companies tell me my roof was fine, even though none of them ever got up on the roof. Yet I could see significant damage myself from the ground. I even had a neighbor, who owns a roofing company, told me it was not bad enough to get replaced. No, he did not get up on the roof either, because it is moderately steep. William Arguello, an Old Pro Roofing representative was checking on an installation of a roof down the street from me and he noticed a shingle hang down in a spot, which I had also noticed. He offered to get up on the roof and take pictures of any damage and tell me if it needed to be replaced. After approximately twenty minutes of examining the roof, he told me it needed to be totaled and presented me lots of pictures to prove it. Most of which I could see from the ground myself. I contact the insurance company and the Old Pro Roofing representative and I met with the insurance adjuster and his roofer to examine the roof. This time there was no question and the roof was totaled. Old Pro Roofing showed up on the day they said they would, and completed the job in two and a half days, as they said they would. They contracted a gutter company to replace the gutters and a painter to re-stain our pergolas that were also damaged. All work was done in the time specified and to our satisfaction.

Workers were very professional. Roof replacement and partial facial board replacement were well-done and clean-up was very good. We are well-pleased with our new roof.

They have been wonderful. We had a hailstorm here and I saw their sign in a yard, and I went on Angie's List and they were on Angie's List so that was when I called them.

Prior to the job the rep was very patient with us (made two trips w/samples!) while we tried to decide the best type of roof and color we should install. They arrived on schedule and ready to work. The work was done efficiently and professionally and they thoroughly cleaned their work areas when they finished. The representative stayed on the job while it was being done, inspected all the work and then spent time afterward explaining the warranty and making sure we were happy with the job. Very professional company. We highly recommend them.

The people at Old Pro Roofing were very professional and knew the business well. They also made it a breeze by walking me through the steps of communicating with my insurance company. The new roof looks great and no longer leaks. It added value to my house, without really costing anything since insurance took care of the bill. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

From start to finish this was a first class experience! I was reluctant to use any roofing company because of possible scams and the horror stories I had heard about with some roofing companies so I did a lot of research to find a professional company. Old Pro Roofing had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a top rating on Angie's List and other online consumer reviews and had done some previous quality work on my neighbors roof. Seth came out and did a thorough estimate and explained the process to me. The cost of repairs was very reasonable for the high quality shingles and materials that were used. It was apparent to me from the start that Seth was a true professional! He worked with me from start to finish to make the insurance process a very efficient one. Work was prompt and the workers were professional. I had done some roofing in my earlier years so I could judge that the workmanship was quality. The workers took extra measures to cover my pool and AC/heating units and put down tarps around the house to catch any falling debris and nails. The shingles that were used were top quality and of a much better grade than the shingles that were replaced. Joe from Old Pro Roofing's Quality Control Section was on the site several times during the two day period and after the work was complete to ensure that the work was performed to excellent standards. He even used a magnetic roller to pick up any nails that had fallen off the tarps. It was a breath of fresh air to work with such true professionals! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone requiring any roofing work. I have no doubt that I will use Old Pro Roofing in the future if the need arises.

Old Pro worked with our insurance company and had the roof, and interior damage that had occurred following the roof leaked, repaired quickly and professionally. They worked smoothly with the insurance company and we had no delays. The interior dry wall/painting was done very well. They crew was efficient and left the property spotless. They even returned a day or two after the roof was completed to check the perimeter for nails/debris. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

I heard about them on Tradefair, a local radio show around here and I though I would try them out. They came out to inspect my roof and told me I had enough hail and wind damage to submit a claim to my insurance company. The old boy that came out knew what he was doing, he even helped me file the claim and showed me pictures of my roof he had taken while he was up there. So I felt really at ease with him. My wife was ready to start picking a color and write him a check but he suggested that we wait and make sure the insurance company was going to buy it. I know then he had our best interest at heart. About a week later the insurance adjuster and my rep from Old Pro Roofing showed up. They spent about 30 minutes on my roof and the insurance man wrote me a check on the spot! We then negotiated a deal and picked a color for the roof and gutters...yes they did my gutters too. My salesman, Brent, told me that he would have a Quality Inspector on the jobsite when the crew started and when it was complete to make sure everything went as planned and he did. When they were through everything was picked up and clean and tidy. Joe, the quality guy was very thorough in his inspection. I cant stress enough how happy we were with Old Pro Roofing and their HONEST and DEPENDABLE service.

Old Pro Roofing walked me through the steps of getting a new roof. They started with a free inspection after a hail storm damaged my roof. Then, they did a walk through with my insurance adjuster and pointed out the damage. They negotiated with my insurance company for a great settlement, and as a result, my insurance paid for a brand new roof. They made a process I was dreading extremely easy. The company did a great job with the roof, and cleaned up all of the mess. The roofers were polite and got the job done very quickly and with as little inconvenience to me as possible. We have had hail storms since my new roof was put on, and I have had no problems with it whatsoever. I definitely would use them again, and refer my friends and neighbors to them.
