Kevin gave me a quote that was a great price and was able to meet me out at the property within days to finalize a plan to fill the pool at my rental house. He was professional and really seemed to know what he was doing. We were at the point of scheduling the work when I lost all contact with him. I have called, texted and emailed over the last 8 days with no response. I would be fine if he said we're to busy or I quoted the bid to low or whatever the case may be. But to not have any contact at all rubbed me the wrong way. I do believe he owns the business so a family emergency could be the reason, but a call or text would help so we could plan accordingly.
Description of Work: Nothing, lost contact with him when it came time to schedule.
