My mother in law was here at the house when they came. I had called them early in the day and they said they could get someone out the same day. I was thrilled! My insurance company wouldn't cover the leak because it was out in the yard a bit (my flower bed). As I was leaving to go to my night job they were driving up to the house. The gentleman I spoke to briefly I explained my mother in law was at the house and I had given her a check to pay them with and he was very nice. She said they were nice and professional. They gave her a quote of $300 (which was half of what another company wanted to charge me). They did have to dig up one of my bushes but put it right back. I was so happy with the work they did and they did apologize for messing up the yard a bit, which by the way they couldn't avoid because the yard was soaked. So I was extremely happy with their work and would use them again! I also was WAY happy they came in under the original quote!

I was very satisfied with his workmanship and I am actually going to use him again to install a hot water heater for me.

Everything went well. They had to add another piece because there was not enough room for the pipe to attach to the wall without bending, so they had to add another part. They had to redo everything. It was a tad more expensive than I thought, but the work was well done.

I called O Grady after another company from Angies List didn't show up for the appointment scheduled. My appointment was scheduled quickly and they showed up on time. I had a leak in the water shutoff valve under the sink which needed replacing. The dishwasher & sink were using the same line so they seperated the shutoff valves for each (there was only one before). A few years ago I had a different plumber in to fix some PVC pipe problems under this sink. That cost me more for a lot less work, so I thought the price O Grady charged was very fair. Labor is charged by the hour. Overall I'm very satisfied and will use them the next time I need plumbing repair or installation.

I called because of a water leak and received the same day service, which was wonderful. We thought is might be an underground pipe that was cracked, but the technician spotted pretty quickly that is was the faucet that was not turning off completely. He replaced it with a new faucet in very short period of time and this fixed the problem. We were very pleased with the technician and the service he provided and will use the company again.

I love these guys. They show up on time and are very professional. This is the second time I have used them and I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs. They showed up on time were done in 35 minutes. I highly recommend O'Grandy Plumbing.

It took them two trips but they did get it fixed. They had to replace the thermostat which was not the problem then came back a week later to replace the heating element. They got here very quickly. They were very polite. They did not charge me for the second trip's labor cost, just the parts.

We are a manufacturing plant with 40,000 square feet. We needed a plumber to come out and take a look at several projects. O'Grady did such a great job that we added additional projects including some work on our boiler. O'Grady is now our go-to plumber. They are responsive, professional, fairly priced, and most of all, we TRUST them! We have recommended them to several people already for residential and commerical work.

I asked him how he could tell and he was trying to show it to me and I couldn't see it so I put my glasses on and still couldn't see it. He went ahead and got the blowtorch and opened it up and got it off. I sent him to get some new ones and put them in. That's why the bill was as high as it was. It was just minor repair work but if we hadn't known that it was soldered I was in there for a week trying to break the pipes out of the wall. He was very, very good. He was very quick and very efficient. They were in and out in about an hour. They did a very good job and were very prompt. I would recommend them.

They were very nice, well-informed, and knowledgeable. They made a great effort to explain what was going on and are doing an estimate for me. They were clean-cut, uniformed, and personable.

The broken pipe was almost under my sidewalk from my garden. They found the leak quickly, arrived very soon after I called them and got it repaired the same day in about two hours. They sent a second truck just to be sure they had enough personnel. When it became clear that one man was enough they left him to finish. He was friendly, efficient and helpful. The price was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

We live in a one-bathroom house and were experiencing drainage problems in our kitchen and bathrooms sinks, as well as our shower. O'Grady's sent John out to our house very quickly, and he was able to clear out all of our drains within an hour. He also gave us some tips for keeping the drains clean ourselves. After John completed the initial work, I tried to take a shower and discovered that the drain had stopped clearing again (we knew that we might have further issues with this drain in the future because of its current condition, but I hadn't expected a problem so soon)! When I called O'Grady's and explained our situation, emphasizing that this was our only shower, they sent John back to the house. He installed an entirely new drainage system that same day, and we haven't had any trouble since. I was incredibly impressed by O'Grady's high quality of customer service, and I would very happily recommend them to anyone!

Overall everything was a great experience. It is hard to find honest plumbers. This company was very honest and professional.

The young plumber was professional and courteous and and handled the two relatively simple faucet issues just fine. However, he was not able to handle the dishwasher drainage issue. He stated that he didn't know enough about the dishwasher drawers to know what to do. He suspected that there was a kink in the line behind the dishwasher but didn't have the knowledge to find and fix it. We found this a little strange, as we were told by the installer to keep the drain hoses at the proper level for good drainage. We told the young plumber about this solution but he didn't attempt to move the hose that appeared to be lower than it should have been. However, he still charged us a full rate for basically doing nothing. We were not satisfied at all, since we had described the problem to the person making the appointment and expected, based on other reviews, that they would send someone with the experience and knowledge to solve the problem. We were also dissatisfied with the prices charged as they seemed high compared to previous plumbing work we've had done over the years.

The Plumber was late but I received a phone call in advance of the time he was expected at my house. I call that courtesy. He also apoligized for being late. I explained the problem to him and he went to investigating, figured out he problem, fixed it, he hoped it would hold since the flange was pretty much stripped. So far, so good! If I need a plumber again, I will for sure call O'Grady Plumbing Co.

After reading many A/L reports on plumbers, I went with O'Grady because they were local, were licenced, and gave a discount for A/L users. I called vicky at their posted number. She was friendly and very proactive to get me service immediately. she called me back within ten minutes to give me instructions on how to turn off the waterheater valves and start draining the waterheater (which saved me extra money due to reducing labor time for the plumber). It was easy to do. She then told me that Randy the plumber would be at my house within an hour. Great! When Randy showed up on time, I was greated with a sincere handshake and a profesional demeanor. Randy made short work of the job. He replaced the old water heater, cleaned up the messy area, and installed a new water heater. (He also gave me some fly fishing tips - which I needed!). Overall, if you have to call a plumber, this is a great service company. Freindly, professional, sincere, experts - exactly what I expect. Randy also went the extra mile and gave me a quick class how the water heater worked, any maintenance that migh extend its life, and talked with me about correct water tempertures settings with kids in the house. Great work guys. I'll be calling you again.

The plumber gave an estimate of $150.00, but did qualify that by saying it might be more, depending on how much damage he found. He made a special trip to pick up a part, for which we were not charged. The damage was more extensive than estimated- it couldn't be seen until he removed the toilet, so (in all fairness), there was no way to know at the time of the estimate. The bill ended up being $300.00, but the service was excellent.

Everything wen as planned except for a miscommunication with the office, and no drain screens were provided. I told the office I wanted to remove the bathtub drains and replace them with screens/strainers to keep hair from going down the drains. The screens were not brought to the appointment. Jon would have gone and gotten some, but that would have put me into the next hour,which would have made for expensive screens. Told him I would pick them up myself. Other than then, it was a good experience. Told me they would be there between 8 and 9, and he was here at 803. I was called before he came to the door. I will call this company again when I need a plumber.

Jon & Vicki at O'Grady took care of EVERYTHING for us with out me having to be there. They retrieved and returned keys for the house from another location. They treated us like family with such care, concern and fairness I couldn't believe it. We would never, ever use a different plumbing company!

Excellent. They showed up on time and stayed within the budget. I happened to be home that day and watched the progression. It took about five hours and I was impressed with the professionalism, quality and amount of work required. They paid attention to every detail and answered any questions that I had, even some I did not ask. They were awesome and I will call them for any work in the future.

Now my mother-in-law is able to wash the clothes without having to wait for hours. The person who came was John Ellis, and he was very professional. He was very detail minded. He even looked under the house to see if there was another way to do the work and decided that the best way to go would be through the cabinets. He was very nice and personable. We were happy with him.

Arrived on time, were efficient, courteous and patient with questions.

When my mother-in-law's gas was turned off, the gas company technician who turned it back on noted problems with the hot water heater. When I called, Vicki returned my call promptly and within days sent someone to my mother-in-law's house in Texas, who then called me and informed me of all the problems he saw. These closely matched what the gas company had reported. When I asked about a tankless water heater, he told me that it would be too much for house and would not pay for itself over the life of the house. I was impressed by his honesty. He also found asbestos, which had to be removed before the new water heater could be installed. I appreciated this, as my mother-in-law's safety is my primary concern. The next day, they removed the asbestos and installed the new hot water heater. Vicki called me the day after with the total price and e-mailed me an invoice. She was extremely professional. We will call again for any future plumbing projects in Texas.

Their estimate was the most reasonable and their tech was very professional. He installed the line quickly and returned immediately when I discovered we needed an elbow added for the range to fit better in the space.
