Description of Work: they installed a toilet and the responsiveness was very good, the price was right, and quality was good. Did not have a choice on toilet (furnished by the city) selection but was an efficient flush, low water use toilet. O'Grady was the selected plumber but they were good.

Description of Work: My toilet was leaking water around its base. Chaz, the plumber, pulled the toilet and discovered the wax ring was defective. He replaced the wax ring and then re-set the toilet. He tested the toilet by flushing it 10 times. I wanted to have the old shut-off valve replaced while the plumber was working on this toilet but Chaz did not have a new shut-off valve to replace it and the valve I bought from Home Depot after showing their plumbing department person a picture of my old valve, was not the correct type. It has been almost a month and the toilet is not leaking. I think Chaz was very professional.

Description of Work: O'grady was great. Have called them twice. Very satisfied. I like the fact they DON'T call before they show up...their on time. Thanks John and Micah(?).

Description of Work: Service was provided same day the order was xcalled in. Chas arrived early and found a pinhole leak in the hot water supply line to the shower, quickly reapired the leak. He was professional in every aspect, introduced himself upon arrival, was very courteous. He did an excellent job and I will use him again if the need arises. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Description of Work: I had my gas water heater replaced in my attic. They called in the morning and informed me the first appointment had rescheduled so they asked if they could come to my house early. I was glad to have them. They arrived within 30 minutes. Their trucks are very professional and clean. We had already purchased the unit and had it in the attic. They brought two men to remove the old unit from the attic and then one man left so I was not being charged for 2 men on the job. Jon got the gas water heater installed in a timely matter and was very professional and kind. I would definately use them again and would refer them to friends and family.

Description of Work: Serviceman arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and friendly. I explained that the disposal was not working. He checked the problem area and immediately suggested a solution. I don't know how he fixede the problem but he did. He requested that I contact the O'Grady Company if there were additional problems

Description of Work: I have had O'Grady Plumbing do a lot of work for me over the years. We have a pump that pumps waste water uphill and to the drains at the road; they came out and took out the pump that another company had installed and replaced it; they basically redid the whole system.

Description of Work: O'Grady Plumbing cleaned out a drain in the toilet and fixed another leaking toilet. They also extended an outside faucet.

Description of Work: O'Grady Plumbing installed a gas tankless water heater that I purchased from them. They also removed the old water heater.

Description of Work: He came to check out a plumbing problem with leaks in two bathrooms.
