My Carpet Repair Guy

Terry was very quick responding to my inquiry. He then quickly came and gave us a free estimate. The work was done a couple of days later and he kept us informed on what time he would arrive. We are so leased to have the waves in our carpet removed.

Terry was responsive and it was easy to set up a day and time with him. A Saturday worked great for him and best for me. Work went very well. Terry and his assistant arrived right on time. They removed the carpet from the bedroom, preserving the pad underneath, as it was high quality and still in good shape. Then he installed carpet that came from another room in the home (it had been in storage, retained after recarpeting that room, so it was used but in great shape). Stretched it, tacked down and tucked it in all around. Looks fantastic. Also did the small closet with a good clean seam. We cleaned it after painting the room (which we had not had time to do before the installation) and it looks terrific. Terry also cut down the old carpet into pieces for hauling away (which our local trash disposal handled) I highly recommend Terry for a job this size.

He was great. Called me back immediately, kept me informed of process, offered a discount for combined services. He was punctual, and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID EVERYTHING AND WE STAYED OUT OF THEIR WAY. IF WE HAD ANY MORE CARPETING WORK TO BE DONE WE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN. WE DO RECOMMEND THEM VERY HIGHLY!! IT WAS DEFINITELY AN EXCELLENT WORK WELL DONE AND WORTH THE MONEY!! THIS IS SUBMITTED ON MAY 12, 2016 AND STILL HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

Terry was on time and worked into the night to complete the project in one trip. He exceeded my expectations in every respect.
