Description of Work: Had my riding mower in twice to have problems fixed. Almost a month the first time. Second time the man who called to schedule delivery was EXTREMELY rude on the phone and the owner had to continue the call. The owner was professional and provided good customer service and was very courteous. |On the original service my biggest concerns were that everyone I talked to had a different price and the price for the repair just kept getting larger. In the end the price was higher than the highest qoute.

+ -1 moreThe chain on my chainsaw kept coming off and I had to constantly keep putting it back on. They found a missing piece that allowed a bolt to keep coming loose and fixed that. They also tuned it up, adjusted the bar and chain oil flow and it works like new. When asked how the chain condition was they didn't try to sell me a new chain or sharpen it. They asked what type of wood I would be cutting and said I had a few more hours left on it before it needed to be sharpened.
Description of Work: Fixed my chainsaw.
