Brandon was prompt (on a Saturday), professional, courteous and took care of the issue while assuring that I received credit for parts under warranty.

Due to the heat and an unexpected A/C failure in our rent home, we needed someone to come out and look at our unit as fast as possible. After calling several other companies, I called Kisor Mechanical and see with Brandon. He was already driving to another job site but assured us he could be out to look at the unit by no later than 5 pm. At 2:30 pm Brandon called me to let me know he was finished and on his way. Brandon was professional and courteous. He was able to quickly determine what the problem was and being a small issue, he was able to repair it on site. He only charged us the service fee for his work. We really appreciate the honesty that Brandon showed. He could have easily charged us more and we would have paid it. We will certainly use him again if the occasion arises.

Brandon checked out the a/c unit and determined that it was low on freon. He indicated that the next step would be to run a leak test to determine where the leak was originaing from. He offer his opinion that based on the amount of freon that was missing and the age of the a/c unit he suggested that a leak test may not be the best option. He gave good sound reasons that convinced me to take a wait and see approach to the problem rather that selling me on something that may not be of benefit. Brandon's fresh honesty, his simple explanations and confidence in his knowledge as well as his friendliness was a welcomed experience. He is definately my a/c guy for the future.

Brandon went out and did the initial assessment to get the unit operational. This was $165.00 and then he came back and completely cleaned out the coil and additional work. The unit is working now and my tenants in Texas are happy; thus I am happy. I was so impressed with Brandon's integrity and honesty that I have now hired him for odds and ends on both of my Texas rental homes.

He was punctual, professional, and efficient.

Overall, Brandon performed the service above very professionally and expertly. I will use Kisor in the future.

We were having a new roof installed and a nail gun punctured a freon line. It was getting hot in the house and it was 430 in the afternoon so not much hope of getting someone out the same day. We called the company were normally use but they said they would not be able to come out until tomorrow. We are leaving in the morning on a three day road trip, so we took a chance and looked for someone else on Angie's List, and found Brandon. He saved the day! He was here within the hour, found the problem, and worked until after dark patching the line and putting in freon. We have found our new A/C repair company!

He sent a bid promptly. Brandon waived the service call cost on the first job then looked at a second unit I had that was in need of repair. The overall experience was very professional and prompt. Brandon took to the time to explain every step of the process to me as he walked through the system. I will use Kisor Mechanical again for future repairs.

Called Brandon, he took my info and call back a couple of hours later to make an appointment for 9am the next day. He called the next morning and showed up on time. I explained the probelms I was having and he knew right away how to fix it. He completed the repair in less than 1/2 hour and saved me money by finding the defective part was still under warranty.

I came home from vacation to find my AC unit not working (on a Saturday) Left a message on KM's phone and received a call back with in 15 minutues and he was able to come out within a few hours. Quickly found the problem with unit, installed a temp replacement part and had unit working in 30 minutes. The next working day he took the part to supply store to replace and checked the warrenty (was unfortunately out of date), replaced the part and installed it the next day in place of the temp part. His charges were very reasonable and not rendered until the new part was in place. He was very knowledgable, friendly and efficient. Highly recommened!

The A/C condenser (outside unit) quit working in 105 degree weather. I no longer trusted the previous A/C company I had used for many years because of personnel changes. I checked Angie's List and found Kisor Mechanical. I called Brandon Kisor at 3 PM and he had the A/C repaired and running about 2-hours later. Brandon was courteous, professional and his price was reasonable. More importantly, Brandon replaced only the defective part; a blown capacitor. He did not try to sell me "extra" services or make repairs I did not need. Brandon Kisor has earned my trust and I plan to use Kisor Mechanical in the future. I will recommend Kisor Mechanical to my family and friends. I also recommend Kisor Mechanical to anyone using Angie's List.

I was so satisfied from start to finish with the service I received from Brandon of Kisor Mechanical. Being a widow, I always feel some anxiety over hiring anyone to do any repairs;but, Brandon put me at complete ease. He was very friendly, knowlegeable , and very respectful. He let me know exactly what he was doing and showed me all the parts, and explained their function.Even in 104 degrees in the blaring sun, he made sure I understood,and gave me helpful hints on maintaining my unit. I felt his rates were reasonable, and would not hesitate to call him again, and to refer him to others.

Brandon showed up on time and was very polite and professional. Brandon said he would check the system and then provide an estimate of the work. We have an older system and cannot afford a new one right now. He explained the problem and the solution in a way the average person can understand. His fee was extremely reasonable. He is an honest businessman, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. He is not trying to rip anyone off; but instead building his business on old fashioned honesty, good work, and fair prices...imagine that! I highly recommend Brandon Kisor.

Our retiring HVAC man ( more than 20 yrsof service for us) recommended Kisor to us. We hit it off with him right away. He's quiet and kind of shy and did an awesome job. I can recommend him completely, He is an owner-operator, who is just starting out, but doing a great job. He has done work for our good friends as well. The servicing that he did this month was part of the installation of our new system that he completed last Fall, There was nothing that needed changed. the new Heat Pump system has worked great all Winter long and now with the warmer weather arriving, we are extremely pleased with the air-conditioning part of the system. Brandon is the owner-operator, he's very responsible and reliable. He's not pushy and he answers your questions. He was great, our friends are totally thrilled, too. Additionally, he installed all new ducts and vents for us a couple months later when it was cool enough to get into our hot attic all day long.
