Description of Work: Put in a 4 ton unit where a 2 ton should have been. Heat and air never performed well, until furnace went out in a couple of years. Brown a/c of fort worth replaced with a 2 ton unit and told us they probably had a 4 ton they had bought cheap and installed it. Also, we found out Kingdom did not install to code. Now, when a company says their they are a "Christian company", I run the other way. Christ has no place in a business pitch!

 + -1 moreWorkers arrived on time and ready to go. They were quick, efficient, answering all questions I had as they worked. They started at 8:30 and were done by 12:30. All cleaned up, instructed on use of new unit, showing all work cleaned area was done. I was very pleased from the sale thro the service work. Very happy. Will use again.

 + -1 moreFirst spoke to Nolan, who was gracious to my request for a senior discount for my mom as she is on a fixed income. He said Randy would call. He did the work. He was super!! He worked fast (as we had lost my mom's house keys), but very kindly called me before he left & we were able to meet. He did a fantastic job! Quick, professional, honest, kind, gracious, respectful - just the best!! I will always use Kingdom & refer them to all I know. They were a blessing to my elderly mom.

 + -1 moreNOLAN CAME OUT TO LOOK AT WHAT WAS WRONG, AND FOUND A MISTAKE THAT A PREVIOUS COMPANY HAD MADE AND WANTED ME TO CHECK FIRST WITH THE OTHER COMPANY TO FIX THE PROBLEM. WHEN THEY REFUSED, HE CAME BACK OUT AND MADE THE REPAIR. HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE FIRST VISIT AND WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING OF MY FRUSTRATION. ALTHOUGH IT COST ME TO FIX SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKE, I WAS HAPPY TO PAY NOLAN. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND AGAIN UNDERSTANDING. I HAVE SINCE RECOMMENDED HIM TO MANY PEOPLE.
Description of Work: REPLACED TUBING ON OUTSIDE UNIT THAT WAS DAMAGED BY ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WOULDN'T RETURN TO FIX THE REPAIR.
