Came as scheduled. The technician was friendly and explained what he was doing and what to expect on his next visit.

Customer service is excellent. I had an issue with the treatment that I requested, thinking I had requested service from a different company and their customer service rep. called and talked me through the issue with me. They comped the service even after I offered to pay for the service they performed. The treatment itself was done correctly. I would recommend Kelly Green lawn care on customer service alone.

We moved into a newly constructed house in Dec. 2012. Early in 2013 we hired Kelly Green to help with a brand new 1 acre lawn that was completely overwhelmed by weeds of every kind. They did the first year treatment and the next spring saw a much lower number of weeds, and by the third year there was about 96% control. Our lawn looked as good as any in the area. Each year we have not had to worry about the weeds using Kelly Green. I would however give them an A-, if possible, because the grassy weeds continue to be a problem. But they are not pervasive and Kelly comes out whenever I call for another hit. We have had good success with their service.

The team is customer oriented. They call before coming and ask about any issues. They are thorough and give information regarding their findings as well as the details of their treatments. Their services have enhanced our landscape.

I always receive advance notice when they are coming to treat my yard. This is important, because I have dogs. I've used Kelly Green for several years now and I'm enjoying a 100% weed free lawn.

Despite my yard being a very small job for them, they took the time to analyze my issues, discuss them with me and develop a partnership program where they did treatments & coached me on what to do in between.

They really listened to my concerns and advised me on details including my shaded and sloped front lawn. They didn't pressure me into purchasing extras that I don't really need. They also are happy to come back out in between scheduled treatments when needed.
