We were actually pleased with a job that Home Pros did with house siding. They were actually recommended by another home builder. It's family owned and operated. I would recommend them. They did a very professional job. The part that we didn't like so much was their price. But, I think that kind of comes with it. He seemed to be knowledgeable. He had an engineering degree and worked in construction. The responsiveness was pretty good too. It wasn't perfect. There was mis-communications, but I've see a lot worse.

He did an excellent job. The only complain I have as of today is that we try to call him back just this last month to come out and give us an estimate on another door and he never returned our call or e-mail. But a year ago, it was a great experience.

If you do not mind working with someone who floats in and out, shows up late, and does not meet schedule commitments, then this company is okay to use. The first job was to repair the siding on the outside of my house. They showed up two days late. The second job was to remodel the master bathroom. This was supposed to be a week long job. It ended up taking them over 5 weeks to complete. Constant excuses about being short handed and waiting for parts. Truth be told, I highly suspect they were working other jobs and fitting me in when they had a spare moment. Even their workers were confused on when to come and what to do when they arrived. Also constantly showed up without the proper equipment and having to leave again to get small things like drill bits or screws. I cannot in all honesty recommend HomePros to anyone based on the fact that they don't communicate and always miss scheduled times. Outside of the poor work ethic, the quality of work was great. The siding was done well. All of the doors were hung correctly and the remodeled bathroom turned out looking really nice. Bottom line, if you hang around your house Monday - Saturday and don't worry about someone showing up whenever they please and work an average of less than two hours a day, this company does do good work.

I've spent over $10,000 with them. They do a good job. They are courteous. The quality is good. Sometimes the owner is not as punctual as I would like. Sometimes they have been out of the realm for price so I didn't have them do some things but other things they have been under the realm.
