Description of Work: Robert Godoy of Get Clean came to the appointment today and upon looking at our tile he pointed out that it has been coated, which would have been done before we owned this home. Due to their experience with such coatings, he recommended that he not do their process on it because the coating will look worse and start to flake and look milky and we will not like that. Then the coating will have to be stripped which is very expensive. He recommended we try a less strong type of cleaning process ourselves.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon with the intention of cleaning 50 SF of floor tile and 150 SF of wall tile. Unfortunately, they do not include wall tile in the 200 SF of grout cleaning. The provider said this was a misunderstanding that had occurred with multiple people and recommended contacting Angie's List regarding a refund. They were very polite and professional in their dealings, it just didn't work out in this case.
