Get Clean Carpet & Tile

The service provider treated me honestly and fairly and didn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge.

Get Clean Carpet & Tile came on short-notice to clean our garage apartment carpets and main house carpets so that we could put our house on the market quickly. We had them scheduled a day earlier to give carpets enough time to dry before the photographer came and first scheduled showings. Unfortunately our car battery died with our car blocking the driveway that day. To make everything work, the owner came back at 6AM the next day before his other appointments to get the job done for us! We were very happy with the results (carpets looked brand new afterward) and we were impressed with the owner's professionalism and willingness to help! We'll definitely use them when we get to our new house!

It went great. Quality of service was high and cost reasonable. Company was punctual and professional.

He called me when he was on his way to my home and arrived in the allotted time frame. He walked with me through my home, focused on stains, described what he would do, then got to work. He did a very good job, even removing a stain that I tried numerous times to get out. He also treated my high traffic areas for a few dollars more. The job was completed in about one hour. I was very satisfied with his work.

He came out to look at the project and explained there was nothing to be done. He gave helpful recommendations of how to address some things on our own. He also explained how to obtain a refund from Angie's List. We asked him if we could use the deal for a family member and he said that was fine. My wife and I were impressed.

took advantage of an Angie's List deal and then added addtional services at my request. gave estimate for these services when confirming arrival time. arrived on time. did very good work. was careful around furniture. looks like I have new carpet throughout the house. will definitely use their services again.

Robert was very professional. Explained what he could do in the future. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. I was extremely pleased with the job and the price. A lot of other companies I have used try to increase the price once they come. He didn't.

Very professional and does excellent work. This is probably the 4th time we've used Get Clean in our house. They really do a great job of cleaning and getting the stains out. Had a red stain (from Big Red, I think) that I thought for sure was permanent but Get Clean got it out with some kind of special treatment. So far, we've gotten 10 years out of our carpet by doing regular cleaning and maintenance on our carpet. Get Clean has been the best of the bunch so we keep calling them back. I especially like that the carpet is not soaking wet after there visit which was my experience previous to Get Clean. Now our carpets are dry within an hour or two after they leave. Definitely would recommend them to clean anything in your house!

Great!! Results were more than expected. Because of thier fine service we brought them out the nexct Saturday for a carpet cleaning. Theyt did an equally fine job............... TWO THUMBS UP

They showed up on time. I asked for another 10 of 15 square foot area, they charged me $50 more and it didn't come out really well. The one in the kitchen, I couldn't even tell the difference after he left.

Professional cleaning service. Will use them in the future. I have had other nationally advertised firms do the work in the past . They were not as meticulous as this company and the results were obvious

I initially called them to clean existing tile in our kitchen as part of a major remodeling job. They came out the next day and did a good job of cleaning the tile. I scheduled for them to come back to pick up all of our area rugs. One of the rugs is wool and needed special treatment. They picked up the rugs and cleaned them and kept them for us until all of the work was complete and the floors were all clean. They then delivered the rugs. The rugs all look like new. They did a great job and are so nice to work with.

I have used them and I don’t think I was that satisfied. The job could have been done better. My bathroom was so small as we have a very old house and I went ahead asked him to clean the rest of the tile which is the counter top and he did a good job on that. He had to do all of the tile which was on the floor and that’s where I feel like it wasn’t nice. Everything along the wall and so forth didn’t look cleaned at all. That’s why I am not as pleased. The gentleman was very pleasant. I would not recommend them. He was very punctual. He came out a week later and called us very promptly. He got here in a super timely manner. The price was very fair.

Very responsive to time frame I needed, prompt, courteous, worked solid for 2.5 hours. Nice to be able to get different surfaces cleaned at one time. He really seemed to know what he was doing.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was good; we liked it. Nothing really stood out but we would definitely recommend them. They were on time.

Shane arrived promptly, worked hard and did not waste time. The carpet, sofa and love seat look great. Very pleased with the quality of his work and will use Get Clean Carpet & Tile in the future.

First they phoned early the day the work was scheduled to confirm the appointment. Even though I missed the call, they came out on time anyway, fortunately. Two service men did a very good job steam cleaning the tile and grout in the master shower. However, there are areas of grout that are too dirty or mineral stained that would not come clean with only steam cleaning so the shower isn't clean yet. They said there was nothing else they could do. After discussing, we decided to call back and ask whether they could return and remove the dirty grout, regrout and seal but they said that regrouting wasn't part of their regular business. They did offer to reduce the price but we decided that they had done a good job on what they were contracted to do. I should have read the company's information better so I would have known all they could do was steam clean. There was no sealing performed but we wouldn't have wanted the dirty grout to be sealed anyway. So, I rated the company a B for professionalism because I think they should have told us before they started that they couldn't completely clean the shower and it wouldn't be sealed. They were friendly and helpful and I would use them again if steam cleaning is what I need.

Very professional. Had a lot of water on the floor from a broken dishwasher hose and they were able to respond quickly and extract the water from my house. Once the water was up, they used multiple fans / dehumidifiers to dry out the carpets. Very happy with their work!

Very good communications. Scheduled appointment from their website. I got a quick call to confirm the appointment and received a call 30 minutes before the appointment time to say they were on the way. Steam cleaned the carpets and got all the pet stains out. In and done within an hour.

It was fine. They came out when I scheduled it. It was a little high for what they did. I think that they would have done more, but I just had the kitchen counters. I would use them again.

I ordered Angie's Big Deal for this company. The ad on Angie's List indicated that price included "resealing of caulking in shower". After placing an order, the owner informed me that the ad was stated incorrectly on Angie's List and it should have said resealing of grout, not caulking. He said that he contacted Angie's List about the error and that I would have to pay extra for recaulking. So much for honoring the ad. I think $119 to clean and seal a 3' x 3' shower is too much and will handle it myself. It was a good deal if it included the caulking. Not sure if the company or Angie's Lits is at fault on this one but I am canceling the order.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service. They were on time, did a good job and did not leave the carpet too wet. I was satisfied. The provided good service and I would use them again.
