Get Clean Carpet & Tile

When Robert arrived, he showed me a number of areas where the grout was bad and tiles were loose. He said he could not do the cleaning I had purchased because they could damage the floor further with their equipment. He did not offer to do the work himself (not what they do). I really appreciated his honesty and will have them back in a week or so to clean the carpets. Great young man, clearly a good company. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Shawn did a great job and the tile looked very nice once he was done. I was afraid I would have to be out of the kitchen and dining room all day, but it took a rather short time for all that he did. He did a good job and I will use him again for another area.

He called to say when he would be here. Was concerned about the cat going out the front door. Was very friendly. Was the best the carpet has looked. Moved some furniture I had not asked him to do. He went over carpet after cleaning so that it did not take much time to dry. I had accidentally paid for 2 times. No problem! He returned the money. I am a senior citizen and not too good with computer. He noticed items that I had not seen.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I paid an additional $90 because I had 2 more rooms and one room was really big. The guy was very good and courteous. I think he did a good job so I will probably use them again. I don't have anything bad to say about him. The discount was good. I liked it. The quality seemed very good. There was no problem and he was very nice so I think that was very good.

Fantastic Job! Professional, prompt, hard working, and friendly. Got out tough stains and the carpets feels like new. Needed to add pet treatment but Robert was able to show me with the light the amount of urine covering the carpet. Will definitely hire again!

I don’t remember having any troubles with scheduling. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. They took care of pet odors and did a good job with the work. Everything turned out great and I would use them again.

The tile floors in the two bathrooms now look great and are resealed. It only took about an hour and a half to do the job, Shane took the time to share some helpful information with me concerning one problem with the grout he found where we had recently repaired the floor. I will be getting that fixed.

It went very well. He came in as scheduled, surveyed the area, took measurements and started to work. When finished, the grout looked much better than before. I feel that he did as professional job as possible. I am pleased with his work.

Very good i even had them come back and clean bathroom shower tile. They quoted me a good price on the shower tile which they then reduced when the grout started dissolving. They reduced pressure then told my of problem and gave me ideas of how to take care of problem. I appreciated their honesty, and reduction in price when the job couldn't be completed as planned.

Shane did an excellent job. We have had several cleaners out and he has done the best job we have ever had done. He showed us the stains and then showed them after the cleaning and they were gone. Even the stains that the other carpet cleaners could not get out. He was very friendly and polite.

I was pleased and grateful that they were honest with me and did not proceed with the possibility that the grout could be damaged by their cleaning process.

It went excellent. Shane was able to fit me into his very busy schedule and showed up exactly on time. He thoroughly cleaned and deodorized the upholstery on my sofa and loveseat, as well as a small area rug, and they look as good as new. I also thought his pricing was very good and I would definitely recommend him for upholstery and carpet cleaning. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Very well, cleaning removed numerous stains and significantly improved the appearance of our carpet. We have a house dog so we also had our couch cleaned to remove dog hair.
