Get Clean Carpet & Tile

The price was for four rooms. Nothing really stood out; it was just carpet cleaning. From my other experiences with carpet cleaners, they didn’t do anything different than what they did. The pricing was good.

The provider was very accommodating, but we did not need the service after all. We bought an existing house, and the seller cleaned the flooring before they moved out. Service is not necessary.

Love the products used throughout the process of cleaning/restoring the white grout and ceramic tile. The carpeting as well was beautifully cleaned.

I had expected to pay to have all the vents cleaned in the new house I purchased. The tech went up in the attic and inspected the A/C unit, and then all the vents in the house. He explained that the dirty vents I saw were likely due to a tear in the ductwork; not that the whole house needed to be done. I was happy that I didn't have to spend a lot of money AND that I was working with HONEST people! I will use these guys to clean my floors and ductwork anytime I need it done! They are the best!

I called earlier today to see if I could get some carpeting cleaned at the last minute. I just purchased a new home and there were two rooms with badly stained, filthy carpeting. I had planned to replace it with wood flooring, but decided to wait and have them cleaned instead. I have company coming on the weekend so was in a rush to have this done before they came. I called and spoke to Shane who said he could come out that same evening and meet me at the house after work. He was running a tad late but called to tell me; that actually turned out well because it gave me a little more time to clean the rooms of furniture. Shane arrived when he said he would, offered to help me if I needed it and proceeded to work magic with his carpet cleaners. The rooms look 100% better and smell nicer too! Needless to say, I am very happy with Get Clean and, as a matter of fact, have them coming out early Saturday morning to clean the ductwork! I give them an A+ for friendly, accommodating, professional and results!!

95% of the job was really well done, but they did not do a good job along the edge of the walls. My wife and I had to spend some time to clean those areas. They also showed up on time and were courteous. The got the job done in a couple of hours.

They cleaned a few rooms and a hallway. The service was okay, and they were nice. The carpet is old though, so it just looks okay.

I had purchased a deal via Angie's List but found it did not cover all the rooms...so I had to pay extra. Most other contractors did not charge me extra because the areas they clean are fairly small due to the furniture...but I paid the extra money. I thought the cleaning was ok, but afterward I noticed there seemed to be more stiffness to the rug fibers...like there was more soap residue left in the carpet...but maybe it's my imagination?

Shane came to the rescue, taking a bit of carpet from a closet and pattern-matching it to perfection. He then cleaned the traffic area with the patch so that it all blended in, and did the same for the area he replaced in the closet. You would never know there was ever any damage! Just in time for our open house!

The owner of the company arrived on time and stayed for several hours. He did a very thorough job. He then instructed us on the correct product to use to clean the tile floor in the future. He was very informative and professional.

Shane was able to provide me a price quote almost immediately, even though I requested information late into the evening hours. He even made arrangements to come clean our section the very next day. He was very professional, curious, and punctual. During the time he spent cleaning he was so focused on his work and appeared to be dedicated to cleaning our couch the very best he could! The couch looks new and is almost completely odor free. Shane provided us with a bottle of deodorizer and stain remover for future use. He was friendly and very polite. We will definitely use him again for future upholstery and carpet cleaning needs.

It went exactly as advertised. The employee cleaned my four rooms and a hallway for $95, with no extra charges. I was given a free bottle of stain remover as well.

Very knowledgable and efficient. Carpets look really good. They are coming back to touch up a couple of persistent spots that re-appeared , but were mostly gone.

Two young guys came in and did minimum service. They didn't clean the corners at first because nothing was moved unless I moved it. They were in and out in 30 minutes.

He did an excellent job. He did everything we expected him to do. He showed up on time and we were very pleased with the service. We were doing some remodeling and we called them immediately like a month or so after we purchased the Big Deal. There were no additional charges to the $99 Big Deal. We had a little less tile than the special covered. He was very helpful.

Shane came out to do the job after talking about it on the phone this morning. He said it would be $95 for 4 rooms, but I only needed three areas cleaned, plus pet deodorizing. I explained to him that I have pet stains, and that I really only need 3 areas. He was late to the appointment. I can now see why he was available right away. I had some boxes with paperwork in the hallway and asked him to move them, even though he said they would do light moving when cleaning. He said he wouldn't do it, even though they’re lighter than furniture and would have just needed slid into the bathroom across the hallway. He said since the flooring was new, there was limitation to what he could do. He had to drag the hose through the garage and into the back door, but he still didn't want to do it. He kept making more excuses, even though I had a resolution for every excuse. It seemed like he didn't want the job. I just wanted the master bedroom and hallway cleaned. I was going to pay extra for the pet deodorizing and cleaning. He said we didn't talk about it before he came out, but we had. He tried to say since I have a high gloss floor and I was so meticulous about it, he couldn't drag the hose over it, which is why I said to go through the back door. I had moved everything in the bedroom, but he refused to move the boxes in the hallway. I was willing to pay the extra fee of $45 for the pet stains, but still he refused to do it. And now because it's so late in the day, I can't expect anyone else to get here today. I have other contractors coming tomorrow to do other work, and needed to get it done today.

We used this company several times in the course of selling our house (which is now sold!), and they were outstanding! The final cleaning they did was slightly expensive, but the amount of work that was done was definitely worth it. Our kitchen had very difficult to clean tile floors and travertine counter tops, and they got all of them perfectly clean. The carpets also looked great when they were done, and if we still lived in the area, I would definitely consider using their services again. Additionally, the technician we had was very cautious not to harm any walls or baseboards with his equipment, and he was polite and friendly too!

Shane and his crew did a great job. I had my doubts about the carpet and tile coming clean but they both look great. The guys were very informative and professional through out the process. Great experience.............

The person from the company was on time, courteous and very professional. The carpet looked great after he was finished; very pleased with the result.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it was good. They provided excellent service I guess.

The service went fine. I wish that I had asked more questions before having the service done. I did not realize that they would not be moving furniture. They would not even move nightstands. What they did clean was very good though. The man was prompt, courteous and nice. I suggest that they advertise that they don't move furniture in the deals.

It was fine and they are really good. They got the job done in about an hour. The scheduling was convenient. The technician was polite.

Robert called at 8:20 and said he would be here within the hour. (he did)He came to door and introduced him self. He looked very professional. He looked at the kitchen area and then calulated the floor space to be cleaned. The kitchen was short of the amount of floor that was supposed to be cleaned so he added the hallway towards the garage. He went out to his truck and got his spray cleaner, placed a towel on the carpet to keep my carpet clean and dry. And then started pre- soaking the floor. Then he methodically scrubbed the grout. He was very friendly. Once he completed all the areas he got his floor scrubber, and scrubbed the whole floor. Then he vacuumed up the water and left the floor pretty dry. Then he used his sealer to seal the grout. He was completely done with in an hour. I handed him the printed the voucher and he left.

They did a great job on cleaning the sofas. However, they had overbooked and were not able to start in the AM as promised. I had taken the day off in order to get the job done in the AM and run errands in the PM. This mix-up was very disconcerting, but once they arrived the job was completed very well.
