Description of Work: SHANE WAS VERY POLITE AND ON TIME. AFTER INSPECTING MY OLD SHOWER TILE, HE ADVISED HE COULD NOT CLEAN IT WITH THE PRESSURE WASHER WITHOUT DOING FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE TILE AND GROUT. HE SUGGESTED I CONTACT YOU TO SETUP A REFUND.

Description of Work: They came in and cleaned the grout in my kitchen. I scheduled a time for them to arrive and it turned out they were ready to service my area before I could get home. I had someone else let them in and perform the work however I wish that I was there to physically witness the before and after. From my perspective coming in after the work was done there wasn't a very big difference that I can tell. The person who let them in for me wasn't impressed either. They were in and out in less than an hour.

Tile 99% of the time can be restored to a new look. Grout isn't always the same. It can become discolored.Thats why when we provide cleaning specials for Angies List members we always include grout sealer with the deal. If the grout did not have sealer on it stains can soak into the grout. Anytime we are unable to restore the grout back to a new look we have ways of demonstrating that the tile and grout are clean but the grout is discolored. Unfortunately you were not home so we didnt get an opportunity to explain the conditions properly to you. We will make every attempt to do what we can.
