Shane arrived promptly when he said he would. He assessed the areas to be cleaned, including numerous pet stains. He treated all the stains and cleaned the carpets. Shane was very professional and he got out all the stains. The carpet looks fresh and new! Shane even left a bottle of stain remover for us to use on future stains.

He called and said he would be late, but arrived on time but sat in driveway for 15 minutes. He attached a hose to my outside water facet. He came in, introduced himself and asked how old the carpet was. I had everything cleared most of which was just a path through the bedroom, bigger area in living a fairly large bathroom a small hallway and the area carpet under my dining room table. I asked him not too use to much deodorizing on the carpet as I was allergic to certain smells. He quickly went through the house I had pointed out several stains that were coffee stains. He did not remove. He said he didn't use as much chemical as I had requested and that was why. For some reason some new stains appeared after he left that were not there before. I got down on my hands and knees and removed them myself. Also, he did not clean the dining room rug except the very edges although he moved the chairs. Again, I cleaned the edges again myself. It took him maybe 30 minutes.

Get Clean Carpet and Tile were a great company. The carpet was whiter and dried a lot faster than I expected it to. The personnel were excellent.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for $99.00 to have the tile cleaned. No where in the add did it say "floors only'. I bought the deal and immediately emailed the company and said I had purchased the Angie's List deal and wanted my travertine shower cleaned. I was very specific. They emailed me back and told me they could come the next day. When the tech got here, he explained to me that showers were not included in the Angie's List Big Deal. I showed him on my computer that it did NOT say that on the website and that I was very specific in my email to them about getting the shower cleaned. While we were talking, Angie's List revised the listing to say "showers not included". They would clean my shower, but for an additional charge. He was there, the shower needed to be cleaned, so I paid it. The tech was nice enough to give my shower extra attention. I do not hold the Get Clean Carpet Company responsible for this. I do, however, hold Angie's List responsible and I have not purchased another Big Deal from them again.

I had more to clean than the original 200 square foot area but they wanted to charge too much more for the additional square footage (over twice as much). Therefore, they lost the additional 250 square feet of work they could have done while they were already at my home. Furthermore, the quality of the cleaning was inconsistent.

The work was well done. I just didn't get the shower cleaned, as I had originally hoped for.

I have always had an excellent experience getting my carpets cleaned promptly and professionly.

We used them because of the deal and the areas to be clean in the patios.

Very pleased. I purchased an Angies List Big Deal last week(included 200 sq feet). I emailed Shane to price additional square footage before purchasing the big deal, and got an answer in just a couple of hours. I then purchased the Big Deal. I contacted Shane on 2/26 to schedule an appointment, and he was out today on 3/2 to do the work. Very punctual(called before coming), very personable, and very professional. He was in and out in just a couple of hours. Waiting for the grout to dry, but looks pretty good so far.

The work was very well done and the tile and grout look outstanding. I am very pleased with the quality and the price of work performed.

The gentlemen from Get Clean came out and repaired the scorch by recrystalizing that section of the counters, and then polishing everything around it to make sure it all blended in. They did an excellent job and I can once again look at my counters without becoming angry with the original installer. They were very professional, on time for both the estimate and the work, and I would recommend them to others.

Every thing was good. Robert & Shane not only did a great job, they cleaned up. Robert also explained several things to me about proper care of the granite. I would highly recommend them to others. They were professional and friendly. My dog was under their feet most of the time and they were still able to do a great job.

I purchased a Big Deal to have 200 square feet of tile cleaned and grout re-sealed. Merchant arrived on time and was prompt and professional. Merchant provided an estimate to clean an additional ~130 square feet that was very reasonable. Work was completed in a timely manner and the results were quite good. Friendly, professional, courteous service with good results-- recommended.

Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. Called Get Clean from an ad on-line with a sale. I called and received an appointment very quickly. Service representatives called before they came, arrived promptly, did a great job on carpets and were very informative about what they did regarding upholstery cleaning and tile cleaning. I will certainly use this company in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family.

My family lived in my parents house for almost 6-months. Before they moved back in I wanted to get the carpets cleaned. I used Get Clean when moving into our new home with good results so I contacted them to take care of my parents house as well. They showed up exactly on time, got going immediately, and did a perfect job. In addition there was a very visible and ugly seam in the middle of the living room carpet. Shane did a fantastic repair job and the seam is much less noticeable and definitely improved. Great work, they were in and out in about an hour or so, carpets were cleaner than when I moved in.

The guys arrived on time, first they did a complete walk through of the house to see what areas were being cleaned. They also pointed out areas where the carpet needed to be stretched and gave me a quote for the entire amount of work including Scotch Guard. They quickly got to work and efficiently finished all the cleaning. They got out some tough stains and left me with fresh carpets that I am happy to let my kids crawl around on. They also cleaned my car floor mats and left a bottle of stain remover for my carpets. All in all they did a great job, worked quickly, and I will use them again.
