+ 0 morePlumber called me back quickly to give me a price for a service call. After he quoted me the price, I told him that my husband is a senior and asked if he would give the senior discount shown on Angie's List profile. The plumber said the price quoted was the lowest he could go. Since he was less expensive than the other plumber I called, I went ahead and booked him to come the next morning. Plumber called to say would be running a little late, which was fine and appreciated the call. Once they completed the work which was very quickly and we were ready to pay. When we handed him our credit card, he informed us that he would have to add 6% because the credit card company charges him. Work done was good and quick. Not honoring the senior discount and wanting to pass on his cost of doing business charges for using a credit card is not ok.

+ -1 moreThey came out within an hour of our call and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. They were professional, respectful and honest. The fee we paid was very reasonable. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to all of our friends!
Description of Work: We had several plumbing issues - leaky outside faucets, a clogged sink and bathtub, and a bad sprayer in the kitchen.

Description of Work: They reset the flange on the commode, replaced the hot water heater, fixed the hot water cut off under the kitchen sink, replaced the faucets in the master bath. This took several trips due to other work we were having done. We were having floor work done at the same time. They did us a good job and worked with us on the scheduling. | | |
