+ -1 moreI felt that David's estimate was more than fair for the size of the job. He thoroughly prepped the house, including sanding and caulking. His paint job has lasted longer than any other I've had on this house. It is now Dec 2012 and there just now a few small places of peeling paint I'm seeing that could use a touch up.
Description of Work: Painting of the outside wood portion of my 2300 sq foot split-level house. The bottom story was brick but had wood siding on each end and wood trim all around that was painted. The top level of the house was all wood. This was painted as well, along with a 10x16 shed out back.

+ 0 moreMr. Martinez' price included cost of paint and materials, power-washing, all needed preparation (scraping and caulking), and painting, as well as cleanup afterwards. Upon acceptance of his bid, he was able to start the job within a week. Each day he was punctual, he got the job done quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality, and he finished the job in 3 days. I was pleased with the quality of his work.
Description of Work: David Martinez painted the entire exterior of my 2300 sq ft home, half of which is two-story. The lower story trim and ends needed painting. The entire upper story siding needed painting, as well as the 2 garage doors. He also painted the 10x16 shed out back. The job required power-washing the entire exterior of the house, scraping, caulking, and painting.
