Description of Work: We called to see if they could help us with an outside faucet that was leaking. The lady who took our call put my husband on hold to find out how much it would be, and came back and quoted "between $275 and $350." We did not use them, as that sounded way too high to us. We called another plumber in the same area that also was highly recommended on Angie's List, and they estimated about $100 to $150. They came out and did a great job and charged us $135, as it was a bit more extensive than they expected.

Description of Work: I had a toilet placed and the inside float replaced on another. The toilet started leaking after a few days and I had to call for a follow-up appointment. The second pair of plumbers were more professional and I did not have any follow up issues. I used this same company for a water heater problem in the past and was satisfied with the service. Initial charge was almost $500 but I said that was too much and they took $100 off.

 + 0 moreHe did an ok job on the kitchen sink but then he had to leave to get other parts. He stated that he would be back in 45min but then it was an hour and a half. When he got back he started the other project in the back bathroom for the drippy faucet. While working on it he tried to put aluminum foil in it to grasps the handle so it would work but that didn't work. He left after that but that night I tried to take a shower and my water wouldn't even turn on. He had to come out the next day to fix it with the correct parts. While waiting on him we had to use channel locks to turn the water on and off. They finally did replace it and everything was fine but time was wasted when he could have just done it right the first time.
Description of Work: He was to clean out a drain in the kitchen then he had to go to the store to get parts for another service.

 + 0 moreI had 2 people come out. One of the guys was very through and tried everything to unstop my drain. He even replaced a piece of the cast iron pipe with PVD, but that didn't clear the line either. I still have a slow drain. The guy was upset that he couldn't clear it and I was impressed with his concern. They were there for about 3 hours.

 + 0 moreEverything went very well. The central a/c condensation water was leaking out onto the carpet. Curly's Big Blade found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly even though there was a very limited work space.
