They were friendly and professional.

I got a phone call at 8am Tuesday and was told by Chris sr that his son would be handling my roof that day. No call, no show. I called the next day when I still received no call no show. I finally got a call and an appointment. He was late to the appointment, claimed he did work he did not do, but at least he didn't charge me for it. When I tried to call to get him to return to the site, I got no answer and no return call. At least I wasn't charged.

My experience was unpleasant, because I felt that I was being pressured to sign a contract which Chris Craven called a contingency contract prior to even receiving a quote.

Working with Craven roofing, was very relaxing no pressure. Professional, took pictures along the way to show me what had been done. Cleaned up everything and the best they were on time, did not request payment or down payment upfront and completed as agreed.

I am extremely satisfied with the service. They were amazing and they arrived on time. And they offered me a very fair price.

It was awesome. They were great. I got a very professional contract. The price was reasonable and they did the good work in a timely professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs that kind of work.

I looked on Angles List to find someone on your list to repair my roof. Of the names that showed up on search on Angles List, only 3 showed up. I chose them to contact if I wanted to give me an estimate. Craven Roofing was the first one to call almost immediately. They came out that day to look at the problem then came out the next day to start the repair. It required some board and single replacement where there was a leak by the chimney which I'd noticed, thus that required more work. Chris Craven got the materials, matching some shingles perfectly and came out on Monday to do the work. He was knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He was professional, polite and explained to me in words and pictures what the damage was and what was needed to repair it. If I have any roofing problems in the future I will definitely call them first.
