Called and the owner came out. He used to live in our neighborhood and I saw his signs and work. I wanted a dry river bed installed and the sprinkler system moved in the backyard. The erosion and water runoff during rains was ruining the yard. He mentioned that he has moved on to commercial properties and does little residential work. He said he will make a bid and that I should call his office in about a week. No answer and tired of not getting anything from him. It is obvious he doesn't want to work residential. It is chump change compared to commercial bids. I went with someone else who was very professional and eager for the job. As I have learned, always get around 3 bids for a project. I do not recommend Cook or his company.

This was a disaster. It started well but went downhill from there. Called their office for a bid to install a complete sprinkler system, front and back yards, construction of a 70 foot retaining wall, new landscape mix over the entire yard and seed with Bermuda seed. The owner came out and measured. He was a nice guy, friendly, provided good suggestions, etc. In a couple of days I had my estimate. It was a $9300 job. I called their office to get clarification on a couple of things and to schedule the work. I was told by the office staff that they were busy working a large commercial account, but they would call me back. No call back for days. I'd call and call. I'd either get the same response or no answer at all. I'd call the office and his cell phone number but nothing. Finally gave up. What I can't figure out was why bother to bid the job if you had no intention of doing it. It's some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

They were very good. Their prices were about the same as another guy; it was maybe a teeny bit more but the quote was very detailed. I really liked it. They were easy to work with. They were very professional. It was hard to be punctual when it was pouring down rain.
Description of Work: I used Cook Landscape Concepts to put in a sprinkler system at the end of May and he was here a couple of days ago to check it.
