+ -1 moreI contacted Complete Overhead Door based on a coupon I received in the mail. I thought it might be a good idea to have a garage door tune-up since the doors were over 11 years old and made some noises when opening and closing. The service man came out and looked at everything. He said both doors were in good shape and sprayed the rollers. His worksheet listed the rollers as "bad," however, he didn't say they were bad or suggest replacing them. Bottom line, after he left, the doors made the same noises and I thought these tune-ups were a huge waste of money. Don't call anyone until you have a problem. Then get the problem fixed. I don't believe my doors work better or will last any longer as a result of this tune-up. I might call this company again for repair work because the serviceman was professional and punctual.
