CH Concrete and Fence

They arrived on time at 7:30am and were ready for concrete by 10am. The concrete truck did not arrive until mid afternoon, but once it was here the pour went quickly. The crew worked into the dark completing the finishing steps when the concrete was ready for each step. The end result is beautiful. My project was small and did not meet their minimum, but the minimum was thousands less than the other bids, so paying the minimum was worth it to have such a good experience. I would heartily recommend them.

CH Concrete arrived on time, completed the work ahead of schedule and the quality was excellent. Was pleasantly surprised the job was done in hours, not days. Already recommended them. Within hours of completion, there were inquiries on who did the work and how to contact the company.

Cesar was always professional with his quote, , work and follow-up. He and his crew were punctual, worked fast and respectful of my property. They cleaned up the job site everyday. He was able to troubleshoot some areas of concern that involved flooding over the past several years. We are impressed with Cesar and his crew and highly reccomend his company.

CH Concrete came to my home and added an extension to my driveway. The work itself seems to be ok, but the customer service is terrible. I hired this contractor as he provided the 3rd best estimate and boasted how they have been in business 10 years, know what they are doing, and have great reviews. After narrowing down my top 3 choices, I chose them. First, let me start by stating I have hired contractors before either from Angie's list or referrals, but I made a mistake in judgment. When a contractor comes to your home, you expect them to be courteous and respectful of your property. With CH Concrete, it was the total opposite. This contractor used my front yard to clean their tools and equipment without asking permission. Imagine trying to grow your yard and someone who you don't know cleans their tools (with your water), knowing it can harm the grass and leave patches. My front yard is in bad shape, but please don't make it worse, and to top it off, I have a sign that says, PLEASE STAY OFF THE GRASS.; Also, they left a mess in the driveway/sidewalk as they tracked mud and dirt all over and did not even bother to clean it up. On the same day, 3 houses down from me, my neighbor was getting concrete installed, and the contractor they hired did a great job cleaning up. What really put this hire over the top was the arrogance and attitude the owner had. He was very short with me and did not provide any guidance as to how to treat/maintain the newly installed concrete. I had to ask questions myself and received half ass answers. It was so bad I had to search the internet for answers because I did not trust or want to ask this contractor. I had to call Angie list and file a complaint. It is true what they say, you get what you pay for. Had I known this contractor had very bad customer service, I would have honestly paid extra to hire another contractor to perform the same job and I bet they would have cleaned up after themselves and treated my home with respect. I will say this, I got frustrated with this contractor after I started receiving bad customer service, and it was to late to send them home as they already started digging up my yard. I have them on camera as evidence to my claim. In closing, this is a lessons learned experience to screen contractors better, get a feel for their customer service, and not fall for every great review left because everyone is experience will be different. Please be cautious and do not feel pressured to hire a contractor even if they provide a reasonable estimate.

Cesar and his crew were amazing. He took care of permits w/ city in less than a day. Tear out asphalt driveway (170') and pour new concrete driveway. He returned my calls promptly. The job far exceeded my expectations. The job was complete in 4 days and 2 of these days were Saturday and Sunday. Highly recommend. Would use Cesar for any future concrete job. Very quick and gets things done

CH Concrete were punctual, efficient and very respectful. The work, driveway removal and replacement, was done in a day and a half and they left the property better than they found it. The owner explained to me the cause of the driveway damage and made recommendations on how we could change to gutters and drainage to prevent driveway damage in the future. I highly recommend them and will use them for other future projects, such as stone work I have been contemplating doing myself.

Super fast response. They were out same day for an estimate and next day to start the work. Previous owners had extended the builder patio themselves and had taken the cheap route, not even pouring to an appropriate depth. Carlos didn't judge, but let us know his recommendations and pricing up front. Recommended a stamped concrete finish that ended up looking very nice. Overall we're very happy with our new patio and no longer have the issues we'd been living with.

Cesar is highly knowledgeable about his field, and extremely easy to work with. Despite the challenging scope and nature of the project he was hired for (demolition and repour of a circle drive, garage, driveway, porch with steps and a new elevated patio) the work was completed satisfactorily in only 4 days. I would highly recommend him for any concrete project.

What a bunch of great guys led by Cesar. Considering all the problems with the Coronavirus and the occasional delay for needed inspections, the project was executed smoothly and without delays. I couldn’t imagine being happier with the results. Project was full cement patio with covering integrated into the existing roof.
