 + -1 moreTom and Angie showed up on time and completed everything in a timely fashion. As they were going through the checklist, Tom explained what he was doing. He talked with us about safe passwords and networking. He ran scans of our computers and made sure all settings were right. It was a very thorough check-up. As a small business owner, it gave me peace of mind that we are doing things correctly. Unfortunately for BNS, this didn't generate any revenue for them. They are great and when I do need work done, it will be with BNS.
Description of Work: I contacted BNS about doing a security check on my network and computers in my small office. They ran through an 18 point checklist and helped us understand how to do things safely and with as little exposure as possible.
