They responded right away to my non-emergency call, discussed everything that would be done if needed and set me an appointment for the next morning for the service call. They were very punctual, professional and courteous. Explaining and showing me what needed to be done and why. I was even allowed to watch and learned how to better care for my septic system. The work was done quickly, and the price was very reasonable and exactly as estimated. Isaiah and his team were absolutely amazing.

Description of Work: We moved into our house a few years ago and didn't know where our septic tanks were located. They located both tanks and cleaned them for us. Great communication, friendly technician that answered all of our questions, and very good price for their services. We will definitely be calling them again.

This is our first house with a septic tank, so the education he provided was valuable to us. + 0 moreBurleson Septic dug up the openings of the septic tanks and cleaned them. They also inspected the tanks for signs of damage. The process took about an hour. The technician was polite and even gave tips on how to keep the system in good shape. We will use them again next time.
