BUDGET FOUNDATION REPAIR

They started work without my approval. Structural problem. specifically the door. I want them to call me and finish the job.

First of all, it's a small company (which I like to support) that still takes pride in their work. They've been around for years, and do a lot of commercial repairs. David Sr. came out, looked around and gave us a ballpark figure. When we decided to go with them, everything was written out and the payment schedule was very appropriate. He stuck with the $8k, even before the engineer came out. Said he'd been doing it so long he can pretty well tell. The independent engineer came out and marked the places for the piers. Very professional. The guys began digging that afternoon. Finished up the next day. They wanted one of us to be sure and be there so we would see what they were doing. It was really cool to watch. They would jack up the house and place a heavy iron pipe in the hole at the correct height. Everything was checked and double checked with the laser. The engineer came out a second time to recheck everything now that it'd been leveled. And he looked over everything carefully. Signed off on the repairs, and the hole filling began. I was most appreciative on the extra time and trouble to disturb as few plants as possible, especially when it would've been so much easier on them to just yank them out in a couple of places. He kept saying when they left, we'd hardly be able to tell they had been there.....and he was right. Hosed off the sidewalks and everything. Insisted on us walking around to check everything out and that we were happy before final payment. And we were very pleased. If you're wanting some big slick company, these aren't your guys. But if working with a small company that insists things be done and quot;rightand quot; and not a bunch of shortcuts, and are just good ol' guys raised with Texan ethics, these are them. I would rehire them in a heartbeat! Wish I could say that about everyone!

It was good. They were punctual, able to get the job done quickly and in my timeframe.

They were on time and made sure to keep in contact. They did a good job. We were happy with them.
