+ -1 moreThere was a part in our system that they needed to clean up. Fortunately, they didn't have to replace anything. They were able to just make some adjustments and everything worked fine. Their prompt response and the fact that they probably could have replaced the parts but they were able to take care of it without making replacements stood out to me.
Description of Work: Bock Heating and Air Conditioning cleaned our unit.
