+ -1 moreThe company showed up reasonably quickly to measure the window. The estimated time frame was about a week. After 10 days, I called and was informed that the pane that had come in was cracked and that they would have to re-order. Estimated time was to be another 3-4 days. After 5 days, we began to call. We could leave messages but not talk to anyone. After another week passed, we called and left a message saying that if we did not hear from them within 3 days, we were canceling and no longer interested in doing business with them. To this day we have not heard from this company.
Description of Work: I needed a large insulated window replaced that was broken during a burglary.

+ -1 moreRANDY SPENCE, THE OWNER AND INSTALLER FOR THIS COMPANY, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY AND AT A VERY GOOD COST.
Description of Work: WE HAD TWO LARGE MIRRORS REMOVED FROM THE BATHROOMS. THEN ONE LARGE MIRROR WAS REPLACED AND 6 FOOT BEVEL STRIPS ADDED.
