 + -1 moreGENTLEMAN CAME TO OUR HOME AND INSPECTED THE TOILET OPENING AREA TO SEE WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. HE SAW THAT THE OLD METAL PART AROUND THE TOILET WAS BROKEN AND HAD TO GO TO HOME DEPOT TO PURCHASE "QUIK SET" TO HAVE SOMETHING TO BOLT INTO. HE FINISHED THE WORK AND GAVE US INSTRUCTIONS TO REPLACE THE TOILET ONCE THE QUIK SET DRIED. IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WE WERE QUOTED BY ANOTHER PLUMBER. THEY WERE AVAILABLE TO COME OUT ASAP WHEN THE OTHER ONE WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET TO US, SO WE USED THEM SINCE WE COULDN'T WAIT.
Description of Work: INSTALLED NEW FLANGE FOR TOILET AND DID SOME CONCRETE WORK AROUND THE TOILET FLOOR OPENING SO THAT THE TOILET COULD SCREW DOWN TO THE FLOOR. (THE OLD BOLT THAT HELD THE TOILET DOWN TO THE FLOOR HAD BROKEN AND THE TOILET WAS LEAKING).
