Fine Lines Painting was recommended to me through a friend who had used the company for work previously. I contacted Mr. Croucher by phone and organized a time to meet for a quotation for work. He turned up on time for the appointment and even confirmed by phone the morning of our appointment to make sure that it was still convenient. Once the quote was complete, I received a written quotation in the mail within 3 days. When I accepted, the work was scheduled for 3 weeks from the day. Mr. Croucher again confirmed our appointment the Friday before the work was to start. He arrived on time and worked for 4 days completing the work. Everything was done as discussed. He even helped me move a washing machine. While the work was very good, his manner and cleanliness in keeping my house all masked off and plasticized was what impressed me most. He even cleaned the area with a vacuum when he was done. Overall, an excellent experience.
