Be VERY careful with this company.

I purchased a Groupon for three cleanings. They charged a $45 "travel fee" on Sept. 23 that they said they would compensate for with a coupon. Seemed weird, but whatever. I scheduled a cleaning for Oct. 13. The day before the cleaning, they called to move it back a day (Oct 14). I said fine. They never showed up. I had to call them repeatedly to reschedule (they didn't call me to apologize for missing the appointment). They didn't show up to the second appointment (on Oct 21) either, and didn't bother to call to apologize. I finally got ahold of them and they agreed to refund the travel fee (on Oct 31). A month went by and they didn't refund the money. I left a message on Dec. 2, but they didn't call back. They never refunded the $45 travel fee, and it has been months. I'm pretty sure this company is a scam.

I got a groupon from them and I scheduled three events and they randomly showed up once and never showed up for any of the rest of them. I thought they would be a good one to add as a possible not a good choice and I have already paid, but I am having a difficult time getting them out here. The one time they did come, they did a great job, but if it is not something I can count on. They did a fabulous job; they brought 4 people and were here for an hour and half. It looked really good when they left and they were nice and professional. I was really impressed, but they haven’t showed up for the other days and when I called they were so booked up that they did not even know when they would be able to get to me. I had another appointment scheduled for November 22nd, which they did not show up for and they haven’t contacted me. I have called and left three messages trying to set up another appointment for what I have already paid for. I spent $129 for three sessions and it was 3 90 minute sessions with two house keepers. They did a darn good job when they came out. They were good and there were a few things, but it wasn’t anything that really bothered me. It was just that they have been working really hard and I could tell, but I understand that bat of alert.

As with a previous reviewer , I too had a Living Social coupon for 2 cleanings/$105 and I too was charged the $35 "travel fee." I made the appointment in November for a 12/20 cleaning and confirmed the date a few weeks later. 12/20 arrives and no one shows up. (I have family coming in from out of state and I'm recovering from surgery -- I NEED a housecleaning, and I can't do it myself.) No one calls. I called their main number and it rang and rang and rang. I called their cell number and left a voicemail. No one called me back. I texted and emailed. I received one response late in the day on the 20th asking what my address was, so they could see what team was supposed to come out. Still, no one came out, and no responded to my messages the next day. Again their main number rang and rang, and their cell number gave me a message that the voice mailbox was full. I feel like I've been scammed.

I bought a Living Social voucher for this cleaning. 2 cleanings for $105 which is a really good deal. My biggest issue however is that they charged an additional $35 because I live 1 mile inside 1604. Seems a bit excessive. The person I talked to said I could just get 1 cleaning instead of paying the additional money, but that didn't make a lot of sense to me. The person on the phone also seemed confused by the idea that I would pay with a check on the day the service was done. They did not give me an approximate time for the cleaning, just a day and did not call to confirm the date. So I had to stay at home for an entire day waiting for them. I still have to call and schedule the 2nd cleaning too. I will say that the cleaning staff is very thorough! Every single surface in the house was cleaned, and they moved everything while dusting so there were no missed spots. I wasn't overly-thrilled that they went through 2 full rolls of paper towels to clean however.
