ET PLUMBING

It should have been a simple measurement and install, but one of the plumbers freaked out with the type of piping my older home had and decided not to do the job because being an older home he felt the pipes were clogged. This was a contract done through Lowe's Home Improvement. What he stated was that it was up to Lowe's to see if they were to do the job, but the plumber specifically stated that he did not feel confident in doing the job because the main pipes (might) be clogged. Those words are in writing form the plumber given to a manager by the name of Joe at Lowe's Home Improvement. We did wait exactly two weeks before they came out to do a simple measurement. I can just imagine if the job were to be done, then it might have taken longer. I should have just done the job myself. It is hard to find good help even if one pays in advance. I feel that ET Plumbing needs more experience with older homes because the plumber's reaction was unprofessional.

They sent a person to evaluate the installation area for the new sink and told us what supplies we needed to purchase. We immediately purchased those items at Lowes and were advised our appointment was in two weeks on 7-28-15. ET Plumbing calls us later and seems not to know when our appointment is and tells us to call Lowes. We suggested they call Lowes since they are the subcontractor and it seems there is a lack of communication. The person at ET Plumbing apparently wasn't happy with that suggestion and hung up on us and then canceled our appointment and failed to notify anyone, including Lowes. We contacted Lowes to express our displeasure regarding the entire experience and Lowes sent over another contractor from a different plumbing company within a couple hours who did an excellent job and who we will continue to use for future plumbing needs. I would not recommend using this plumbing company unless you want to waste your time.

Horrible. I bought a toilet at Lowes and they set me up with this company for the installation. They were supposed to come between 10am and 2pm. I stayed home from work hoping they were reliable and would show up. At 2pm, I call the company to find out where the plumber was. The owner picked up the phone, and was RUDE obnoxious and said to me, "we can't do anything, the first job took longer." I said, "you could have just called and let me know. Communication is key.". She says - " it is what it is. what are you going to do? They will be there in the next hour". She had no element of customer service in her and it was almost like she was doing me a favor by doing my job. WILL NOT RECOMMEND> DO NOT USE THEM. In fact, do not Use LOWES for any plumbing needs.

The leak had been getting worse everyday, until there was standing water on the floor. The plumber from ET, arrived exactly on time, and was very polite. He did not waste any time with small talk, and started working immediately. The job was complete in a little under two hours, with amazing efficiency. He cleaned up the mess he made, and the bill was not that high for the amount of work done.
