+ -1 moreDidn't Spoke with Gabriel who said "we are going to take care of you" right before he asked me to text my name and address to confirm the scheduled move date. After 1 week never heard anything. Contacted him again and Gabriel apologized that he lost our info to please resend; which we did. Half an hour after their scheduled arrival time/date we contacted them and Gabriel stated that he was sorry that he lost our info again and so they just went onto another customer. Sadly without our info they were never going to contact us. My hubby is a disabled vet and I am a terminally ill disabled vet but between the 2 of us we had to perform the move ourselves due to Gabriel's lack of professionalism. Very bad business sense. Hate to speak badly of this business but DON'T TRUST THEM if you need a responsible team.

+ -1 moreCut Above goes above and beyond expectations. I needed a lawn and yard service because I cannot keep up with my big yard without it. I had tried other private businesses or individuals, but they were not dependable or did not take the initiative to tend to my yard the way I wanted them to. When Joseph came out to give me an estimate, he was prompt and even came out on a Sunday to make the contract. I asked him to come every two weeks to mow, keep the hedges up, and anything else he thought that needed to be done. He and his crew have been very flexible as I did not know if I was going to keep this house or not. When I asked him to extend the service, he gladly agreed to do so. He has even gone so far as to skim my pool when debris from their cuttings fall into it! Now that's service!
Description of Work: Joseph, the owner of this service, is truly a professional. I have used this service since about March, 2012. He and his crew trim my hedges, mow the lawn, trim the plants and ivy, and anything else I ask him to do. I had a crepe myrtle with some kind of powdery mildew and he quickly took care of that. He has provided so many requests from me I can hardly remember all of them! This service was referred to me by another fantastic company, Arboretum Tree Service.
