Outdoor Living Solutions

Description of Work: Outdoor Living Solutions remodeled my pool. They were to check all suction lines for integrity and install a new line for a Kreepy Krawler so that the existing two skimmers could work with the Kreepy Krawler instead of having the Kreepy Krawler use lone of the skimmer suctions. Outdoor Living Solutions left the site as the pool was being filled. Before the pool was full, the water level stopped rising and I found that Outdoor Living Solutions had cut the suction lines from one skimmer flush with the concrete where it emerged from the ground. The pool could not be filled and extensive effort would be required to remove concrete to fix their damage. Outdoor Living Solutions refused to take my calls to get them to fix the problem. I called many times and left numerous messages and got no response. I called a plumber to fix the pipe and then emailed a request for payment to Outdoor Living Solutions. They have refused to pay and their response is that I did not notify them so they could fix it! Many calls were made to do just that and went unanswered. One would think that any call from a recent job site would be enough for a return call but that is not the case
