All went very well. I have used Bullard Air Conditioning for nearly as long as they have been in business. I have 2 separate AC systems at my residence and 1 system at a rental house, so I see them more often than I would like too, but when I do it is always a pleasant experience. They are good guys that do very good work. A local contractor reccomended them after the owner of the company I was using passed away. The contractor said that they had been contracting with Bullard AC on all of their commercial and residential jobs and found them to be the best in the area. He was right. They have gained a customer for life here, and a lot of referrals to friends and neighbors from me also. It is very hard to find honesty and dependability all in the same company anymore.

They are always prompt and have always been extremely nice and friendly!

I do this service once a year. I was very pleased. They arrived on time and their people were neatly dressed. They are very courteous and very fair. My experience has never been anything but positive. I've had an ongoing relationship with them for 5 or 6 years. They have been just super. They are the bright star in the collection for service people. They are very prompt, very knowledgeable and very fair. I would recommend them to my mother.

Steve Orr is the owner. I had an air conditioning system which was 25 years old. He came out and replaced the old system with an energy-efficient unit. He retained the old duct work, but I was very pleased. I have not had any service issues, but I did have a few questions. He was great on that. I would recommend him to my mother; he is that good. The unit was midline as far as efficiency was concerned. It cost me around $7,000. He told me that it would make a significant improvement to my utility bills, and he was right. The improvement is unbelievable now. The unit reduced the bill by about 35%. I will use him again in the future if required. I will definitely recommend him to others.
