Paul did an excellent job. He came out the same day and was able to fix our electrical outlet in the laundry room. I was so relieved. We were having to run an extension cord from the garage to the laundry to run the washing machine. He found the cause of the problem quickly and resolved the issue. Now we are back in action. Paul did a great job on this job. Site was left clean. He went beyond the call to advise on a potential problem. Very pleasant and respectful. There had been a problem with communication with the office and he was very apologetic about the situation; therefore the customer service was slightly lower than the other areas. Paul is very eager to do the work. I would definitely contact him again.
