Wes called us back promptly and came out to view our house on the same day of our initial call. He impressed us with his knowledge of the gutter business and seemed honest and dependable. We called them back and Wes and his son did all the necessary work in one day. The same night of the installation we had blowing hard rain and noticed the rain came over the splash shields in two places on our very steep roof. We called back and asked if there was something bigger that could be used for the run off rain. Wes and his son came out that same afternoon and put larger splash shields in those places. They offer a 5 year labor guarantee and have been in business a long time and live in the Abilene area. We feel confident that if we have any problems they will be here to stand behind their work. The price was fair and they were able to come out the very next day to install. Wes called to say when they would be by so I wasn't waiting around for them all day to show up. Very professional. Both appointment to provide estimate and appointment to install the gutter were right on time. I have waited to write my assessment of the work and materials because I wanted to see how things held up over time. It has been about a year and a half and the work and materials have held up great. The leaf guard has worked just as he said it would - I have never had any problems with trash-filled gutters or downspouts. My next door neighbor complained because some of the downspout water was running into her yard. I called the owner, Mr. Brooks, and he came back and added a flexible extension and wouldn't accept money. This guy is great.
