About us

Our scope of services are what makes White Knight Pest stand out from all the other competitors. When our experts come to treating the exterior of the property, they first inspect and treat flower beds and entire yard (only if property is 1 acre+, they inspect and treat 40′ out) for those fire ants and more! Power spraying is completed along the base and corners of fences and spot treatments done around play equipment if necessary. Also around separate storage buildings in the property and inside only upon request. The exterior of the home is power sprayed 10-12′ around home and 3′ high to the base of windows. Depending on the conditions, spider webs, wasps, and mud dauber nests are removed and treated from accessible 1st & 2nd floor eaves, trees, and plants. Injection systems are used in weep holes, foundations, and other accessible cracks/crevices. Base doors, windows, tops, sides, and bottom of garage doors are treated as well. Upon request, interior of the homes are treated around the baseboards on 1st and 2nd floors. Plumbing voids under sinks, behind toilets, and washers/dryers are included. Inside of garages are treated/baited if necessary and webs and nests are removed along floorboards/wall joints. We also inspect and treat in attics when requested at no extra cost!

White Knight has been very responsive to follow up visits whenever ants or spiders are detected.  They do this in addition to their regularly scheduled quarterly treatments.  They treat both the inside and outside of the home.  We have had very few visits from unwanted guests (insects).  They even remove wasp nests at no extra charge.

They have always done what they said they would do. Any time I have needed them to come out other than their regularly scheduled time; they have done so and handled my problem. I would recommend them. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I will continue to use this provider.

I would not use them and would not recommend them to anybody. Their products didn’t work. I don’t remember if they were here on time, so I don’t know how to rate them on punctuality. The manager was supposed to call me back and he never did. They are not a good company.

They come out quarterly.  I've been using them since June.  They are alright.  I actually in the summer time noticed a couple of scorpions that got into our home.  I called them right away and they did come out the next days to spray.  I was scared of these little scorpions.  I've never had them until this last summer.  They are probably about two inches long and they have a little hook on.  One time it happened to appear in my kitchen and I was freaked out.  I called the bug place and they came out and sprayed the next day.  It sometimes happens down here because of the drought and they were looking for water.  White Knight is good.

They did a great job when they came and serviced my house. They did a great job. They got rid of all the bugs and ants around my house. They sprayed inside and outside the house. I went with another company because they had a better product. I don’t know if White Knight did this or not. I noticed that some wasp nests had opened on my second floor ceiling and they sprayed for that as well. Their sales pitch was high when they came to tell me what services they do. However, they do a good job. They were willing to come back and spray again if I notice anything after a month after they came and they would not charge me anything. I would definitely use them again for their price.

Their servicemen are always extremely polite and remember to close the gate to the backyard when they leave (a tiny detail but very important to me). The one time I've found ants in the yard I called and they came back to service again.

They were prompt at spraying the house but I continued to see scorpions and other bugs inside and outside the house. I was eaten alive by chiggers after clearing some brush where they were supposed to spray. I won't use these guys again.

We noticed a lot of insects when we first moved into this house and wanted them treated right away. We had used White Knight previously on a quarterly basis and were very satisfied, so we called them again. Tim arrived promptly and treated the entire property (1/3 acre) within an hour. He also installed termite stations, which we hadn't even asked for. The treatment included a 30 day warranty and Tim advised us to call as soon as we noticed any problems (especially fire ants, the little monsters), and he would do another treatment at no charge. The ant hills did pop up again after a couple weeks, so we called and someone came back within a couple days to treat the entire yard again. It's been 2 months now and we haven't noticed any problems with insects inside or out. Once we finish landscaping the back yard, we'll probably continue with White Knight on a quarterly basis for maintenance.
