Trey s team responded within two hours of me frantically trying to locate someone to get the water out of my house. They were all very nice and worked diligently to get the water under control!

Quick service! They came out immediately and were so helpful and available to discuss the process needed to remove the water from our shower steamer that broke. They also repaired the damage from the water. Very professional and honest too. Thank you WB Arthur!

We had a water heater leak. Trey and Zac were fast to respond removing damaged flooring and drying out the area. They had a handyman (Anthony) who did a good job repairing and putting it back together.

W.B. Arthur responded to an emergency situation by sending workers to residence within an hour of my request. Workers were courteous and professional, and I was quite pleased with the work they did. The house in question is over 45 years old and, insofar as I'm aware, the carpets had never before been cleaned -- so it was a challenging project. I would recommend this company without reservation.
