TUFF SHED INC - Austin

RUN. This was the worst experience possible, everything that could have gone wrong did. No one there is accountable or seemingly knowledgeable about their jobs, quality of work, or cares about their co workers much less clients. If we could do this all over again, we'd hire LITERALLY any other company. From start to finish, this process was a nightmare. I would never recommend Tuff Shed, especially this Buda location for anything.

my husband was here and I was not, but he raved about the professionalism of the 2 men that did the work. We shopped around for an outdoor shed and feel that although more expensive than the plastic type shed, our shed is made solid , much like our house. The salesperson that handled our questions and helped us design the details was very knowlegdable and easy to work with. We are so pleased with the entire experience.

They were great. They were all around professional, helpful and responsive. Form the salesperson to the workers. The quality of work was good. They knew what they were doing and they were quick in doing it. We spent about $6000.

I was very pleased with the final outcome of this installation, HOWEVER, it was mainly because the final installers corrected some inadequate painting that had been done at the factory. In my opinion, I have to rate this on the final outcome which as very nice and on schedule. The installers were very accommodating and were focused on customer service. The phone coordinators were also very easy to deal with.
