Ismael and team are great. I emailed NDM and 4 other groups, and Ismael (NDM) was the first to respond so I read all his reviews (which seemed too good to be true) and gave him a shot. He is proactive, so easy to get along with, and did great work. NDM went beyond the original scope of work we agreed upon (to remove additional fencing) and declined to charge more despite my offer to further compensate. What contractor does that???! I have more to do in the coming months and NDM will be my first (and only) call. Thanks guys, I sincerely enjoyed working with you.

Ismael and his team took out the old driveway that was in horrible shape and installed a new one. City inspections passed with no issues. Looks fantastic. Price was reasonable. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Ishmael and his crew did an amazing job! He expanded our existing exposed aggregate driveway and decreased the slope of the approach to our driveway. The finished product looked awesome, and my car doesn't bottom out anymore. His team did great work, and kept the worksite tidy. Ishmael was great with communication as well. Had a great experience with Ishmael, would highly recommend.

My wife and I found out about Ismaelâ s through our community group. He had done some projects in the neighborhood and everyone we spoke to raved about the quality of his teamâ s work. After an exhaustive search, and multiple quotes, Ismael offered one of the most competitive quotes (and trust me we did our diligence). He came out, worked with us on the design, and got us on the books! Our project was a 700sqft extension of our concrete patio, and a gravel walkway. They were in and out, it only took one weekend for them to complete the project. They did top notch work, strong enough to hold a 400 gallon hot tub! Thank you Ismael, we absolutely love our dream backyard!

Ismael and his crew know their profession thoroughly. They got city permit request and follow up inspection paperwork done. The quality of the work is excellent. I have front door walk way, driveway, backyard patio, backyard fence walkway, and backyard center walkway and platform, pretty good size project. They also repaired the damaged neighbor side fence too.

Ismael and his team poured close to 40 piers for my home addition covering a 20' by 48' area. When the framer put in the beams and leveled, there were not any areas any more than 1/8th inch off all the way around. Very impressive, great attention to detail, great communication.

Took the time to explain everything up front. Only contractor we talked to that did that. Great communication. not the lowest bid we got but we had the confidence he was going to do a great job and understood what we wanted.

This whole great is fantastic to work with from start to finish. Ismael is extremely professional and very respectful of time and property. He worked with us to plan exactly what we wanted and provided great suggestions along the way. He stayed in touch with us proactively at each step and was very patient with us when we had to hold him off for 3-4 weeks while we waited for other work to be completed. He coordinated with our drainage contractor seamlessly to make sure the projects worked perfectly together. He and his crew started on the day they said they would and lined up the delivery of all of the materials to ensure that they didn't arrive too early, but, rather, right on time to keep the work moving every single day. His estimates of the amount of brick we needed was spot-on and was extremely willing to accommodate a couple of small changes we wanted to make as the project got started. His crew was here at early every morning and worked all day long (including Saturday, after they confirmed that was ok with us). They made sure to not leave trash behind and, in general, were extremely respectful of our property. Ismael stayed in contact with us almost everyday and was clearly communicating frequently with his crew. The finished work is beautiful and looks perfect - better than we expected. Honestly, it is nearly artistic what they were able to do with the brick work. Ismael scheduled time with me on the last day to walk through the whole project again to make sure we were happy with every aspect of the work - and we were! I cannot rave about them enough and express how much we appreciate the transformation to our backyard. We will definitely hire them again for any other brick or concrete jobs that we have in the future!
