Description of Work: DE powder was leaking into the pool and Todd was able to diagnose it over the phone. He came out a few days later (heavy rains were the reason for the delay) and replaced the multi-port valve - problem solved. While he was there he also fixed our pool /spa lights. He provided me excellent advice on pool maintenance tips and also advised me on how to best clean the catch basin of our zero-edge pool. Highly recommend his company. |His website is fairly basic but his knowledge and expertise in all facets of pools/spa maintenance & repair is superior to most other companies I've used in the past.

Description of Work: G&S are professional and honest. |My pool has never been more clear/clean. |They went out of their way when my new pump failed. |They worked directly with Leslie's to replace it under warranty with minimal input from me...YOU CANNOT GET BETTER SERVICE THAN THAT!

Description of Work: Repaired pool equipment. My husband and I had a pool built by a some what flakey pool contractor. Long story short some equipment was installed improperly and maintance instructions give poorly. G & S not only did an awesome job on the repairs but trained step by step how to maintain the pool. Very pleased with this company!

Description of Work: We had major issue with pool not clearing up. Pool had not been drained for 12 years. When we had issues with mud and yard flowing into our pool twice from heavy rains, we could not clear the pool. Todd came & personally drained and cleaned our pool and checked for leaks,corrosion etc., then refilled and was able to get chemical balance to clear the pool up.

 + -1 moreI contacted the company about fixing my pool sweep and possibly starting regular service. They called me back within a day to let me know that they did not service my area, but discussed the problem with me over the phone and let me know that the problem was probably with the pool sweep itself, walked me through how to disconnect it, and told me I could prbably take it to a pool supply store to have it repaired for cost of parts only.

Pet peeve with previous company was no communication; thus far G&S leaves notes when service is performed (what, when, by whom)and follow up outside of ordinary has been prompt.

 + -1 moreThey came out and did their work and he would leave us a note so we knew when they were here to do their check up. That made it convenient and intrusive for us. They did a good job and were completely dependable. We never had a problem with our pool being clean or a problem with the chemicals, so I was happy with their service.
