FASHION GLASS & MIRROR LTD

I don't even know where to start with the quality of service provided by Fashion Glass. We built a new home in Rough Hollow with Drees and of all the vendors we have worked with none of them are even close to Fashion Glass when it comes to the poor quality of service, difficulty scheduling, and poor quality of work. We ordered two framed mirrors for our master bathroom and both mirrors needed to have holes cut out to install two sconces. Fashion Glass measured and cut the holes four times and they still can't get it right! They even sent out the manager to measure on the 3rd try and he couldn't get it right. The mirrors have never been hung correctly at the right height and there is no attention to detail. If we had not already paid for these mirrors, I would cancel immediately. I would not recommend!

Mario from Fashion glass was responsive, prompt, courteous, and fixed my problem. I had a moldy shower guard on the bottom of my shower. Mario changed it out, showed me know to fix the issue next time, and gave me tips so that the mold would not happen again. He also check out the rest of my frameless shower and found no issues of concern. A wonderful experience.

It went great. Fashion Glass had to bring four panels plus a 100and quot; mirror up a circular staircase and down a narrow hallway to our master bedroom. They did an amazing job and addressed any issues that came up. I did get my builder's discount but even without the discount, I would use them again.

The experience started off well with an on time arrival at my home for an estimate. Mario was pleasant and professional. During the visit, he stated some price/sq ft. Seeing how he is the sales consultant, I assumed he knew the actual prices. After he left, I received an email with the exact bid and cost for having mirrors made and installed. The price was double than what he quoted. I left 4 messages to try and get in touch with Mario or any other sales consultant. Each time, they said someone will get back to me soon. It's been a week later, and no response. Even if the job isn't a large one, it's poor business not following up with your potential customers.

Acting as my own general contractor, I remodeled an old farmhouse which included updating the master bathroom by installing a larger shower enclosed by frameless glass. I had called another glass company in Austin and had gotten a bid from them but I wanted a second bid. My carpenter had told me he heard that Fashion Glass did good work so I called them for a bid. One thing I liked was that when the guy came to measure for the estimate, he also brought with him some samples of the different trim finishes for me to look at (for example, chrome vs satin nickle.). The other company that came out didn't do that. Fashion Glass had a much lower bid so I went with them. I also had them replace 5 plexiglass transom windows with double pane glass as part of a sunroom remodel. I'm very happy with the work that was done. I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I had a little trouble getting the work scheduled so I gave them a and quot;Band quot; in the Responsiveness catagory, but overall am pleased with them.

The shower stall that we had done went flawlessly. We had some weird angles on our shower stall and they still made it fit perfectly. I had another company tell me that the shower stall could not be made framlessly but Fashion Glass and Mirror said that they could do it with no problem. They are knowledgeable and professional. They can perform tasks that other companies have said are impossible.
