 + 2 moreFor the steps of the process that have been completed, the project has gone well. The period of time from the identification of the property to closing was less than two weeks. D. W. has shown a lot of initiative, has handled his part of the effort flawlessly, and kept us informed at all stages. At this point, we give D. W. high marks. We will submit a full report when the project has been completed.
Description of Work: Danny Webber provides a unique combination of services as a licensed real estate broker, mortgage broker, insurance broker, and property manager. Before we started searching for property, we met with D. W. to review our objectives. The property we purchased is an investment property, which we have purchased, are fixing up, and will sell again. The first part of the project was the identification and research on the property, D. W. identified the property, guided the offer we made for it, and provided estimates of the "as-repaired" value of the property. These estimates have been confirmed by an independent appraisal done subsequently. D. W. identified a private lender with whom we dealt to purchase the property. D. W. also arranged for the homeowners insurance. He also gave good advice on approaches to fixing up the property, with an eye to how to reduce costs and optimize the resale value. We are currently in the rehab phase, which is going well. D.W. will list the property for sale when the rehab is nearing completion in about 3 weeks. D. W. also is acting as the prime contractor for relatively minor remodeling activities being done to prepare the house for sale. Contact was with D.  + -1 more- Danny was very organized and spent a lot of time up front explaing the steps to buying a home. He gave us flowcharts and document lists so we knew what to expect.
Description of Work: What an experience! Communication is the key and Danny came through 100%. I liked the way he used longterm financial planning for my family and I when looking at the mortgage products available. It is a big plus that he is a mortgage broker as well as a Real Estate Broker.
