He came out one time and completed some prep work and never came for about a week and half now we have called multiple times and have had no response what so ever from him. I have received two calls back from his wife promising our money back but she has never contacted us.
Description of Work: I hired him to complete concrete work I gave a $1200.00 dollar deposit and haven't heard from him since.
