+ -1 moreI will call him anytime I have a plumbing issue, and referred him to 3 people so far. He calls when he is on his way, he assesses and gives you the amount. Will work until the job is complete. Mr. Brescia is semi-retired and does this part time. He is a master plumber. His license number is M38200.
Description of Work: Having kitchen and bath re-model at the same time. He installed my bath faucets and stopped my kitchen sink leak. I had another plumbing contractor through another contractor that Bill assisted without additional charge since the other guy could not figure it out. The other contractor overcharged me for sheetrock repair and moving the bathroom wall plumbing that I know did not need it (after the fact). I finally had the other contractor just leave. Bill finished the job for me.
