+ -1 moreMr. Balboa arrived on time and seemed knowledgeable on his field. I asked him how long he has worked in septic system work and his reply was, ''Around 20 years now.'' He gave me the answers to my questions, gave suggestions as, ''If this was my house I would...'' I appreciate his courteousness and professionalism and his honesty. I did not hire him, but I would recommend others to start with him if needing help with septic design.
Description of Work: Mr. Balboa came to my house for an estimate on a Septic upgrade.
