My experience was wonderful. From the initial call in to the actual service, I was impressed with how polite and professional Alex was. He called before our appointment to notify me the exact time he was going to be there, he gave me an estimate and stayed within it, and he was simply the nicest service person I have ever met. I will be using them in the Future

Alex spent time with me on the phone before coming out to find out about my system. He called the day of our appointment to confirm, and was actually able to show up early, which really helped out with my schedule. After getting on a new water system, my water pressure was so low I had dead spots in my yard. He advised what should be done, what could be done, and what, if it were his system, he wouldn't pay the extra money to fix. His honesty was refreshing! Since there isn't much we could do about the water pressure, he changed out the sprinkler heads to make sure I had proper coverage. He checked, aligned and repaired all the sprinkler heads. He also gave me great advice on how to water to maximize absorption by the plants. If you want an honest, professional sprinkler contractor, Alex is the guy! I thought his prices were extremely reasonable as well.

Alex came to our home to check the sprinklers on our new sod. He was courteous, punctual, and very polite and friendly. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and performed the services immediately. I'd definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

I am truly impressed with Austex Sprinklers. I initially called to have my sprinkler system replaced because it was such a mess. I was prepared to spend $2500-$3000, but after talking with Alex he convinced me that I should invest in a tune-up/diagnose to see if the system can be "revived," Instead of trying to sell me a whole new system. He was able to get my system working properly again for just under $400. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Alex and Austex Sprinklers to anyone needing a sprinkler repair.
