Description of Work: Two phase job; did not complete ANY phases. Had to hire (at a significant expense) other contractors to make house livable-still not completed- with there mistakes! This is someone I knew (20 years ago) and trusted to remodel my home. With promises to return and remedy, the company never called, or returned with multiple emails and phone calls to the company. Communication and timeliness (March to August) with an original eight week time frame-was spotty at best, then non-existent! I personally would not recommend them for remodeling, paint-prep or paint, wood repair, provide any materials, etc. - Wallpaper removal (mudded, painted over wallpaper) and now it is falling off wall -Exterior wood repairs (replace board, patch and paint) board does not line up. -Plumbing repairs (hit pipe in wall) repaired leak and Walked away, hole still there -Quality of material provided, was substandard at best-lowest price out there and it shows -Replaced exterior doors-did not prime wood after installation-what were they thinking? -Extremely messy -I have a list/photos of over twenty items that were not completed incomplete workmanship and just “bad work” - TILE -DO NOT-DO NOT USE contractor for tile- i.e., broken tiles installed at installation-or cracked same day, tiles not remotely level, grout gouges in seams throughout house, not symmetrical, grey grout turned white after dried (salinity? observed? use different water or grout?). Laying of tile and grout took over a week and the lack of knowledge and professionalism was appalling. The killer was, and I quote "we do not recommend "sealer" on grout (knowledge?) Professional tile contractors look at the job that was done, trying to correct the mistakes. The consensus is removal and replacement would be cheaper than repairing (2000 sq feet). That is how bad it is-repairs are out of the question due to many, many mistakes. Overall, I would not allow this company back on my property.
