First they installed it initially by cutting through my parent's crown molding and putting it in the wrong place in the ceiling. Then a year later when Summer came and my parents tried to use it, it leaked all over the floor from the ceiling every time they turned it on. My parent's called and they sent someone out once or twice, but with no real results. Every time they leave, it just begins leaking again - and I'm not talking about a small leak. I stayed with them last weekend and felt awful that we had not been watching it and nearly a gallon of water had leaked on their new flooring in about an hour. I asked them if they had called the provider again and they said that they keep trying, but that they are no longer answering their calls. My parents are good people and they work hard, no one deserves to go this much effort to get someone to do a job correctly that they were paid to do in the first place.
